Vor Beginn des eigentlichen Mediationsprozesses geht es in einem Erstgespräch um die zentralen Fragen:
Um welchen Konflikt geht es?
Ist Mediation das richtige Verfahren für Ihren Fall?
Welche Erwartungen haben Sie?
Eignet sich Ihr Fall für eine Mediation, entscheiden Sie, ob sie diese fortführen möchten.
The mediation process
Before the actual mediation process begins, the central questions are discussed in an initial meeting:
What is the conflict?
Is mediation the right process for your case?
What are your expectations?
If your case is suitable for mediation, you decide whether you would like to continue.
This is followed by the actual mediation process. The start, scope and rhythm of the sessions are agreed individually. Experience has shown that at least five sessions are necessary and usually ten sessions which take place within a period of up to three months, are sufficient. Please feel free to contact us
